Conversations
Industrialisation of our Consciouness through socialised dialogue

"Conversations" by Gino Ballantyne is a limited edition book. It contains artist drawings, digital prints, text and reflections which seek to understand the notion of language and the way in which social technologies are used to create passive conformity and negate openness.
The Industrialisation of human Consciousness takes place through technology and its language of socialised dialogue. This language seems to enable democratic speech but does it? For instance the computer term GIGO "garbage in garbage out" where flawed or nonsense input data results in output which is nonsense. The term GiGO has now morphed into "garbage in gospel out". Obliterating the principle that any argument is unsound if the premise is flawed.
This change means the language of truth is interchangeable and reality is an unreal translation to be codified as desired. Organised through the subdivision of smaller an smaller collaborative voice sets.
